Contains the following type of materials: photographs. Contains photographs of the following military units: 31st United States (U.S.) Infantry; 38th U.S. Infantry; 21st Army Corps. General description of the collection: The Harry L. Hillyard photograph collection covers primarily the distinguished career of Lieutenant General Hillyard during the later portion of it in the 1960s. The exceptions are: rolled photo of Company K, 38th Infantry in 1935, rolled photo of officers of 31st Infantry in 1937, and a few uncaptioned copies of WWII Signal Corps photos. There is a large album covering his days as deputy commander of the US Army War College (1961-1964), an album and several loose photos covering his time as commander of the US Military Aid Group to Greece (July 1964-March 1966). Also an album of activity photos when he was commander of the 21st U.S. Army Corps (July-October 1962).
